This complete aftermarket idler rebuild kit for Bobcat MT52 and MT55 machines includes the pins, bushings, seals, thrust washers and protected grease-fitting bolts needed to rebuild the idler assemblies. Upgraded 8620 alloy-steel pins with integrated grease channels, oil-impregnated bronze bushings and high-quality seals provide improved durability and easier maintenance. CNC machined in Canada, this kit features universal cross pins that fit both 6.25-inch and 6.5-inch on-centre cross-hole locations for precise, reliable fitment.

I will be receiving my MT55 pins and bushings kit today and will review the kit once installed. I didnt want to wait till they arrived to give this review though. Purolator really dropped the ball on the shipment and it sat for a week in no mans land without moving. I was very frustrated as my machine was all torn apart. Received the new pins and bushings and was impressed with the quality. Installation went good except for the actual R&R of the rollers. A nice touch was the fact that the bottom roller pins have a grease fitting to make greasing them a lot easier to grease.. Would recommend this kit.
