We have upgraded the pin material to a higher alloy 8620 steel for longer durability. All pins are now greasable through our grease bolt, while previously only the short pins had this feature. Please note that updates to the pictures and videos will be coming soon.

All kits now ship with universal cross pins that fit both 6.25 and 6.5-inch on-centre cross holes, eliminating any uncertainty about which size you have. Save time when greasing your rollers; there’s no need to manually rotate each roller to apply grease to your pins. All pins now include a grease channel with the new grease fitting bolt, which provides protection for the fittings, with replacements available.

Kit Includes:

1. 4 - 1" dia. x 7.125" pins with cross holes; fits both 6.25/6.5 cross hole centres (7100963)

2. 8 - 1" dia. x 6.125" pins with key for smaller idlers *Now with grease channel (6730702)

3. 12 - Bolts with grease fitting (new version with protection)

4. 24 - Oil impregnated bronze bushings (6732271)

5. 24 - High-quality SFK or Temkin seals (7325259 (was 6679135))

6. 24 - Thrust washers (6732013)

I will be receiving my MT55 pins and bushings kit today and will review the kit once installed. I didnt want to wait till they arrived to give this review though. Purolator really dropped the ball on the shipment and it sat for a week in no mans land without moving. I was very frustrated as my machine was all torn apart. MT52 rollers kit.

Received the new pins and bushings and was impressed with the quality. Installation went good except for the actual R&R of the rollers. A nice touch was the fact that the bottom roller pins have a grease fitting to make greasing them a lot easier to grease.. Would recommend this kit.
