Fiber Laser Windproof Lighter Jig / Fixture

A CNC-machined aluminum fixture for repeatable engraving of up to six windproof-style lighters at once. The solid aluminum construction is durable and avoids the wear or melting possible with plastic fixtures.

Compatibility

Each pocket is approximately 39.15 mm × 57.5 mm. Measure your lighter before ordering. A lighter larger than these pocket dimensions will not fit.

Features

• Holds up to 6 lighters.
• CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum.
• Designed for a M6 × 1.0, 25 mm mounting grid.
• Slotted mounting helps center the fixture under the laser head.

Included

• 1 × lighter jig / fixture.
• 4 × M6 mounting screws.

Used with our fixture plate, the jig can be adjusted in both X and Y for easier alignment.
