NEW: We have added slots parallel to the length, allowing for movement in a new direction. This can enable a switch between short and long items in the rotary without entirely removing the screws.

⚡What is it? The fixture plate, sometimes called a pallet, is made from solid billet aluminum (6061 T6) and CNC machined in Canada.
⚡Why? I wanted to make an affordable solution for the lack of enough tapped holes and the mounting issues on most import fiber lasers.
⚡What is Included: (everything else seen is for illustrative purposes) 1 piece - Fixture Plate (Approximate size 0.5" x 6" x 11.75") 4 pieces - M6 Screws 4 pieces - Washers
⚡Details: The holes are drilled and tapped M6x1.0 with a 25mm grid pattern. The slotted mounting allows adjustment to center your Rotary or anything else directly under the laser's head. It can be mounted in any direction that you prefer to have your Rotary. The 2 that I use are shown in the pictures. The slots are designed to be used with the included washers.
⚡ Other use ideas: This fixture plate was originally designed for mounting the rotary, however I permanently mount different fixturing and swap out the pallet for repeat work. Only a little fine-tuning is needed to center under the head.
