⚡What is it? Business Card jig also known as a fixture is made from solid billet aluminum (6061 T6) and CNC machined in Canada.
⚡Why? I wanted to make an affordable solution for engraving business cards that does not melt
⚡What is Included: (everything else seen is for illustrative purposes) 1 piece - business card Jig / Fixture (works with 110mm lens and up) 4 pieces - M6 Screws for mounting and for holding the cards in place
⚡Details: The jig is designed to work with a M6x1.0 hole and a 25mm grid pattern. The slotted mounting allows for adjustment to center directly under the lasers head. when used in conjunction with the fixture plate that is sold separately, alignment is possible in both x and y under direction for easy alignment There are 6 tapped holes for holding down those cards that just want to curl.
