Fiber Laser Business Card Jig / Fixture

A solid aluminum fixture for repeatable fiber-laser engraving of metal business cards. The rigid CNC-machined design avoids the melting and wear associated with many plastic fixtures.

Features

• CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum.
• Designed for a M6 × 1.0, 25 mm mounting grid.
• Slotted mounting helps center the fixture under the laser head.
• Six tapped holes provide hold-down locations for cards that tend to curl.
• Designed for use with 110 mm lenses and larger.

Included

• 1 × business card jig / fixture.
• 4 × M6 mounting or hold-down screws.

Used with our fixture plate, the jig can be adjusted in both X and Y for easier alignment and repeat setups.
