This purpose-built bushing removal tool is designed for pressing worn bushings out of Bobcat MT-series idler wheels using a hydraulic shop press. The tool centers over the wheel, shears the flange from the upper bushing, and drives the lower bushing out through the bore so both worn bushings exit cleanly from the bottom. A 12-ton press is the minimum requirement, though a 20-ton shop press is recommended for easier, more reliable removal.
