All Kits now ship universal Cross pins that fit both 6.25 and 6.5 inch on center cross holes. No need to worry which one you have.

Save time greasing your rollers. No need to manually rotate each roller to grease your pins. All short pins now have a grease channel and come with the new grease fitting bolt. The new bolts offer grease fitting protection (replacements available)

Kit Includes

1. 4 - 1"dia. x 7.125" Pins with cross holes. Fits both 6.25/6.5 cross holes centers (7100963)

2. 10 - 1" dia. x 6.125" Pins with key for Smaller Idlers *Now with grease channel (6730702)

3. 10 - Bolt with grease fitting (new version with protection)

4. 28- Oil Impregnated Bronze Bushings (6732271)

5. 28- High quality SFK or Temkin Seals (7325259 (was 6679135))

6. 28- Thrust washers (6732013)

MT 85 PINS BUSHINGS AND SEALS KIT

We have ordered 2 of these kits for our two Mt 85's. Shipping was very quick and was neatly packaged. Quality of parts look top grade. Installation was easy and look forward to the ease of greasing compared to original manufacturer set up. Online ordering was quick and simple. Time will tell to see if hardware holds up better then OEM set up. Very happy so far with my purchases.

Product was exactly as specified, tolerances were all good. the cnc removal tool is awesome to have. I have not used the machine yet I am hoping for a long lasting set of bushings with the upgraded bolt head grease fitting.

Mt85 pins / bushings

Just installed them a few days ago so I can't say how good they will be but I will say this setup was cheaper than bobcat, came with all the roller pins and bushings and seals. Also having the grease fittings built into existing pin bolt is / hope is a game changer. Less headache rolling the machine lining up grease zeros.not to mention these are higher and less likely to get damaged.

Great kit

I just got done installing the bushings, that tool to remove the old bushings did great. I messed up and didn’t realize there were a few lips still in when I put the new bushings in but that was my fault. The upgraded grease fittings are what sold me on this kit.
