With this tool, you can easily remove worn out bushings. Simply align it on top of the wheel with the bushings in the center, and use a hydraulic shop press to press the tool through the bore in the wheel. The top bushing's flange will be sheared off and the bottom bushing will be pressed out, both falling out the bottom. This item qualifies for a shipping cost refund when purchased with the complete kit.
The press should be a minimum of 12 tons, but for optimal results, it is suggested to increase to 20 tons. Although a smaller press is mentioned in the video, it is no longer considered suitable for achieving a satisfactory experience. We plan to release an updated video soon.
Worked great except a couple of times in my 12 ton press I had to take a hand mall and rattle the roller before it pop thru
